Shipping in Europe
Fill out your account profile with shipping information: indicate the address and destination country, the system will automatically calculate the shipping costs; you will be able to check the amounts again before proceeding with the payment. NUTRA-BE delivery throughout Europe through approved carriers in 3-4 working days.
In this regard, please provide us with an address where the package can certainly be received and also a telephone number (better if mobile phone number) to be given to the carrier.
The prices indicated in the shop and in the cart do not include transport costs; therefore, they refer to the total of the products and include VAT.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 N ° 206 (Consumer Code), the consumer customer has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without need to provide explanations and without penalty, within 14 days from product delivery. However obvious this right cannot be exercised in the event that delivery has already taken place and for perishable food and / or domestic use products.
To exercise this right, the customer must send notice in writing by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to NUTRA-BE Srl, Via Giuseppe Zucchi 10, 2009, Cusano Milanino (MI) and to the email address info @ nutra -be.it, clearly indicating the product or products for which it intends to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, provided that they are intact.
Once the aforementioned withdrawal notice has been received, NUTRA-BE S.r.l. will quickly inform the customer of the instructions on how to return the goods.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased;
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or customized and food or domestic use.
The purchased good must be intact.
By law, the shipment of products for their return, including the related expenses, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
In case of damage to the goods during transport, NUTRA-BE S.r.l. will notify the customer of the incident, to allow him to file a timely complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.
NUTRA-BE S.l.l. does not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Upon arrival at the seller’s warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, the seller will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 30 days of the return of the goods. In the latter case, it will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (Cod. ABI – CAB – Current Account of the invoice holder).
The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its content), in cases where LNUTRA-BE S.r.l. and / or the seller ascertains:
Lack of external packaging and / or original internal packaging;
The absence of integral elements of the product;
Damage to the product due to causes other than transportation
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal NUTRA-BE S.l.l. will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
