NUTRA DHA is a dietary supplement based on DHA from oil derived from alga useful to bring an additional fee of this component to the daily diet.
DHA is extracted from the microalga of the genus Schizochytrium sp.
DHA is a semi-essential fatty acid of the Omega3 series, present in fair quantities in fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines, herring, tuna and anchovies) and also in some microalgae that the fish eat.
DHA is known for its properties:
- Hypolipidemic, useful in reducing blood concentrations of triglycerides and LDL cholesterol.
- Neuroprotective, effective in protecting the central nervous system from the harmful action of reactive oxygen species.
- Antioxidants,
Ingredients: Bulking agents: Microcrystalline cellulose; oil derived from microalga Schyzochitrium sp. rich in Omega 3; anti-caking agents: Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Silicon dioxide.
Recommended posology:
- 2 tablets/day for children undergoing psycho-motor growth.
- 4 tablets/day for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
- 5 tablets/day for adults in prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
